Job Objective

The objective of this position is to build organizational capability (technical / functional / behavioral) to create a strong pipeline of future leaders for meeting business goals

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Create a positive traction for learning by building an enabling environment

Build a culture of knowledge sharing, implement and sustain it

Identify key technical competencies for various functions. Create the technical competency framework with proficiency levels and do a gap analysis

Conduct a training needs identification from competency framework, PMS, stakeholder discussions, business priorities, succession plan, individual development plan (IDP) and various tools like KF4D, Assessment Centre, Gallup engagement survey etc.

Create a learning plan and calendar on the basis of TNI analysis and 70:20:10 principle

Design and develop learning interventions customized for the BU based on TNI leveraging the relevant instructional design with more focus on self-development and action learning

Execute the learning interventions as per learning calendar

Ensure planned employee participation and desired coverage for each intervention

Measure learning effectiveness for all the interventions

Monitor IDPs on an on-going basis and support employees achiving the same

Implementation of group initiatives

Engaging stakeholders for identification of critical skills, development needs, implementation of learning and measuring effectiveness

Maintain all the data and keep them updated

Publish reports for training completion and effectiveness

Identify various drivers for building a culture of learning and analyze relevant data for talent decisions

Identify and engage with Learning Partner/Trainer to design and deliver the learning intervention

Evaluate the effectiveness of Learning Partner/Trainer

Technology and IT Enablement Update the learning data on the portal/platform

Explore technology / automation opportunities for better employee experience and function effectiveness

Data mining and analytics for inferences and management decisions

KRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organisation)

Job Profile

Educational Qualification: Essential: Master’s in social science / psychology / business administration

Desired: Specialized certification in learning and development, certification in psychometrics like KF4D, DISC etc.
