Job Description:


Developing social media strategy, managing social media campaigns
Manage and develop all high quality engaging and effective content For internal and external communication.
Own ideation and identification of opportunities for content relevant to the companys culture.
Develop best practices and guidelines for various channels like social media, internal & external blogs, website, newsletters, presentations, Videos etc.
Experience overseeing the creation of a broad range of digital and traditional marketing materials, working with both in-house and external resources.
Work with other departments to generate product/mission use case/benefit stories and executing in distribution strategies. Push other department peers to generate insights, benchmarks and use cases that can be shared from various channels.
Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Researching and analyzing market trends.
Use data to identify potential improvements to content strategy, planning and execution.
Responsible for the production and editing of content for prospect-facing engagement (written, video, podcast etc.), communication and correspondence, ensuring consistent brand tone of voice.

Skills Required:

Excellent in Creativity, Planning, and execution.
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent time management and the ability to plan, setting realistic timetables and deadlines to achieve agreed objectives.
Strong communication and copywriting skills. Proven ability of writing persuasive copy.
Ability to form strong and effective working relationships with people at all levels across the organization.
Analytical skills – ability to interpret statistical data.
Effective in Time management
Familiar with Website optimization
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing.
