We are seeking a Marketing Content Specialist for our Farm, Ranch and Agriculture (FRAG) business to join our team!
The role in a nutshell:
The Marketing Content Specialist will be responsible for the development of marketing content across various mediums including digital, ecommerce, social media, and more. This role will be a contributor to the development of marketing content strategies and be responsible for executing against those plans.
What you’ll do:

Develop content strategy, create and maintain content calendar, and generate content including but not limited to, digital, video scripts, social media, Ecommerce, sales collateral and channel partner support.
Understand key end-user audiences and develop relevant content aligned with brand positioning and guidelines.
Collaborate with sales, graphic design, product teams and others to create relevant content in support of brand and product goals.
Communicate product competitive advantages in marketing materials from launch throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and has a consistent “brand voice”.
Conduct SEO keyword research and analysis to ensure content is optimally built for search engines.
Email list management: Maintain accurate contact lists for end-users, media, dealers, internal stakeholders.
Determine appropriate KPI’s and audit results against goals.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in journalism, communications, marketing or related fields.
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or other related field required.
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills.
Experience producing content for various digital platforms as well as an understanding of current and future digital trends.
Aptitude for understanding technical subject matters and niche audiences; ability to quickly grasp core ideas of complex topics and translate into clear, understandable and appropriate content.
Solve problems analytically; search out relevant information and gauge its importance when making decisions; creative thinker.
Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who may be remote; seek out development activities to improve skills and increase knowledge.
Ability to translate specific goals into action and follow through to achieve goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
