Refresh is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our operations. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with our Management team and the President of the company on a broad array of local, regional and national marketing efforts.
This is an entry level position but has the potential too rapidly grow into a fantastic full time career with the company as we grow.
Day to day work would be performed remotely but in-person meetings and brainstorming sessions in our Akron OH location would be required from time to time. Some travel to attend trade shows or events in the Ohio area would also be required a few times a year.
About Us:
Refresh provides services to the Multi-family industry, helping large management companies get apartment units ready for a new tenant to move in. Services include bath refinishing, carpet cleaning, painting and janitorial services. The company was founded in 2016 and has already grown into a well known and respected company in its space. The company is currently wrapping up its franchise model and is getting ready to sell these franchise businesses in the coming months. The Marketing Coordinator would assist with marketing for both the service offerings locally in Northeast Ohio, as well as the franchise business throughout the surrounding states. Marketing efforts will include national efforts within the next couple years. Fantastic opportunity to grow into a high level position with us as a Lead or Director!
Who We Are Looking For:
Ideally we would like to find an individual with a creative mind that has some experience with photo/video editing. Since this is mostly a remote working situation, an organized person that is self motivated would excel in the position. We care about attitude and motivation more than we do your experience.
Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and represent the company at various trade shows and events in the Cleveland area and later on, other areas of the country.
Manage company’s marketing funnel including but not limited to our social media presence, website content, email marketing activities and digital advertising channels.
Research new project opportunities and thoughtfully respond to RFQ’s & RFP’s.
Develop effective professional relationships with qualified leads and maintain detailed records in CRM database (Custom Software “Training Provided”).
Creating engaging print and digital marketing materials.
Assist with video editing for both advertisements and training content

Skills and Experience:

No college required.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales or Communications.
Experience using, WordPress, Video editing software, Adobe InDesign, Mailchimp and Canva.
A power-user of all major social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, at minimum).
Maintains knowledge and understanding of SEO best practices.
Knowledge of google analytics.
Detail Oriented, Excellent writing & verbal communication skills.
Some knowledge or experience of either property management or trade service businesses is a plus but not required

Salary Range: $40,000 to $65,000 annual salary
