We at Catchpoint are seeking a focused and strategic marketing writer who enjoys crafting both short and long format and finding the most effective way to make our customers the priority and let our technology speak for itself. While we are growing rapidly, Catchpoint retains its fast-paced startup feel and people who flourish here embrace the flexible, ever-changing, entrepreneurial approach this requires from team members.
The individual in the Marketing Writer role must understand how to create integrated content campaigns, connecting the Catchpoint story across the website, collateral, video, emails, and more for external and internal audiences.
The Marketing Writer will work with groups across marketing (demand generation, customer marketing, product marketing, etc.), as well as individuals and teams across the wider company (HR, engineering, product management, executives, etc.).
Our job is to demonstrate how Catchpoint makes the Internet better, enabling some of the world’s biggest and most creative digital companies to continually innovate and succeed at their missions.
Key Responsibilities:

Write and produce compelling content including eBooks, white papers, reports, case studies, blog posts, datasheets, infographics, and video scripts for both external and internal communications.
Collaborate within and across departments to pitch and collaborate on ideas, plan, develop, review, edit, and complete projects that achieve departmental and corporate goals.
Support the brand voice, including implementation of new messaging, and deploy creative flexibility to connect and engage with target audiences.
Adopt an entrepreneurial approach to project management, flexibly adjusting to new priorities and deadlines as they arise.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated writing and editing proficiency.
An understanding of how to tie graphics into copy, translate technical information into engaging stories, and develop substantive content that connects with audiences globally.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Copy editing experience and expertise.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial and resilient approach to work.
Creativity, drive, and excitement.
Ability to work successfully both as part of a team and independently.
Ability to embrace new technology, pick up ideas quickly, research concepts, and bring original ideas to the table.


3+ years of professional experience developing content in fast-paced, deadline-driven technology or related companies.
