Full Job Description :-
This team is looking for a marketing generalist with social and editorial expertise who can manage a variety of work streams related to product storytelling. Tasks will include story hunting, planning, writing, producing and executing across a variety of mediums, including coordination with creative vendors and the social agency when needed.
Proactively story hunt (tapping into repositories of research, listings, posts, internal trixes, dashboards, etc.) to source talent and compelling stories to highlight as part of 2022 brand moments.
Liaise with global and regional PR teams to source relevant users for initiatives aligned with cultural moments (8-10, i.e. National Pizza Day), and other PR requests (i.e. events, regional press stories, etc.)
Manage outreach and communications to contributors for various opportunities as needed.
Help manage photo production (conceptualize, commission, set shoot timelines, produce, and photo art-direct original photography as needed)
Negotiate and track photo shoot costs and PO requests.
Manage the flow of creative assets (across social, email) for launches
Bring user stories to life by drafting blog posts for our community forum, and other surfaces as needed.
Develop, organize, and maintain a CRM/database of featured users. Create a workflow and process coordinating with community forum vendor leads, and PR around contributor pipeline.
Support brand PMM with aspects of the program brand efforts including but not limited to: creating an audit of all branded materials, and managing the review and approvals process for new branded assets.
Coordinate with client’s social agency and internal stakeholders on proposed contributor posts. Maintain timelines and oversee creative production and execution for brand moment posts.
The candidate will have demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Proactively scout for inspiring and relevant stories from the contributor community. Manage all outreach and communications to contributor related to usage, marketing releases, NDA’s etc.
Liaise with teams across Client (PR, Social, Community) and work with key creative partners to produce branded materials (video, photos, social content) bringing contributor stories to life.
Maintain a database of featured contributors, and track all associated opportunities.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a B2C marketing role
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; demonstrated track record working across complex cross-functional teams
BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience researching and producing
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Exemplary execution and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
