ASC is looking for a high caliber Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support the HR Team and Office Management efforts in their seacoast location.
How will you help?

Assist the Sr. Director Human Resources and Human Resources Manager in providing a broad range of administrative support
Coordinate calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reservations for various activities and events
Manage inbound/outbound mail and packages
Manage supplies for common areas throughout the office
Organize and maintain documents and contracts, vendor information and payments, and internal and external correspondence
Develop good relationships with members of the local Team and work to maximize efficiency and productivity
Lead processes for meeting/event management, including arranging facilities and catering services, arranging technology support, coordinating speakers and guests, and managing event budgets. Coordinate office hospitality activities.
Manage inbound calls to satellite office
Manages special projects as needed
