Company Description:
Milescraft, Inc., based in Elgin, IL, is an established, financially-strong, privately-held company that designs, develops, and distributes innovative DIY tools globally. Our products are available at leading retail stores and online retail sites. We’re a fast growing, dynamic company, looking for a results-driven person.

We are looking for local, Chicagoland-based candidates only.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all tasks regarding Drop Ship (International Accounts) including the following:
o Process Sales orders in ERP system
o Process Purchase Orders with all factories
o Creating Commercial documents and adhering to all customer requirements based on ship-to country. Must be the expert on each customer’s requirements including labeling, payment terms, shipping requirements and all forms needed.
o Ensuring all orders are shipped on time and all documentation is provided in timely manner. Follow up with factories as needed.
o Research and resolve customer shortages/overages
o Monitoring and advising all safety stocks with factories for Drop Ship customers
o Update Master Commercial Spreadsheet with new items, pricing, ship-to’s, etc.
o Customer maintenance in ERP such as Customer Item # cross references
Entering Sales orders for US, Canada and Mexico accounts shipping from US Distribution Center. Providing follow up with customers as needed. Work with Warehouse Personnel as needed on Sales Orders.
Monitor Sales trends and inventory levels for major accounts
Process UPCs for new product packaging and Inner and Master Carton labels for new products to supply to factories via label software
Update and maintain tariff code spreadsheet
Provide monthly back order/cancelled Order Report
Ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements:
3 years of experience in similar role
Expertise using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Excellent time and project management skills
Desire to learn and grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
