We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Executive to join our busy back office team. As a back Operations executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, Email replies, and administrative duties.To ensure success as an Operations Executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top-class back office executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the office team.Back Office Executive Responsibilities:Printing, scanning, e-mailing, and distributing hard copies of documents.Preparing budgets and tracking expenditures across the organization.Purchasing stationery and other office supplies as these become depleted.Scheduling meetings and events based on staff members’ availability.Drafting agendas, booking venues, and sourcing refreshments ahead of each event.Representing the organization during meetings with stakeholders.Securing transport and accommodation bookings for staff upon request.Formulating and distributing administration policies, and updating existing protocols.Operations Executive is to handle email queries from customers or clients and align queries to the respective team.He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted.Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.Must efficiently set goals and work on them so as to avoid any escalations and maintain relevancy and quality while providing service to the customersIdentifying prospective clients and helping them understand our servicesCo-ordination with service partners to provide timely and quality serviceHandling client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfactionIntroducing clients to the latest offers and schemes of the organizationEligibility criteria:Any fresher / experience with up to 1 year can apply.Minimum Graduate.candidates below age 28 only applyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Goregaon, Mumbai – 400062, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Operations: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)
