ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a SCM / Logistics Clerk, you will work closely with the Operations & Sales teams on assigned accounts. Your priorities will be executing customer service while providing timely entry of freight from customers to the operations group. You will be focused on securing the best rates on a spot or contractual basis while maintaining service levels.
Planning and Order Management (35%)

Execute P2P process includes release order, track and manage orders till goods fully received on time while following the appropriate order flow with compliances. Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Troubleshoot order issues to ensure existing orders continue to move quickly through the factory to regional fulfillment centers.
Experience in the order payment process, collaborate with A/P manager to improve the payment efficiency till the PO is fully closed.

Cost Management: (35%)

Manage the distribution and shipment budgets by ensuring the highest standard of service is procured at the most cost-effective price for the company.
Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Analyze landed cost per shipment per unit; enable to build cost model by using excel spreadsheet; track delivery performance based on by carriers and time periods. Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. Advanced data analysis and data visualization preferred.
Expert inventory management

Logistics Management and ERP application (30%)

Monitor all door-to-door/port-to-port deliveries with 3rd party logistics to ensure that delivery occurs within the specified time frame at the right quantity.
Be involved in the implementation of improving delivery performance based on the corrective actions from root cause analysis skills; experience in logistics, courier or freight forwarding, import/export/customs knowledge.
Ensure all shipping documents/required shipment information be uploaded and updated timely in the system, including on 3rd party logistics portal and corporate ERP system.
Collaborate with shipper and logistics forwarders for goods tracking; status updates including domestic and international transportation, in compliance with any appropriate regulations (such as danger goods compliance, batteries).
Familiar with inbound & outbound logistics, three matches checking, PO/CI/PL/PoD/RoG/BoL shipping documents management.
Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels. To make sure the coordination between each department is smooth.

What You’ll Need:

2+ years of experience in SCM management and order management, OR 2+ years of ERP system – logistics and order management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail.
Excellent coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good at time management and priority management

Pay: Contingent on experience
