Sardo and Sons Warehousing is looking to bring in a new member to the management team. While this role is an entry level management position, the wide range of experience earned will certainly open up possibilities within the organization to continue to grow and challenge yourself.
Sardo and Sons Warehousing, established 52 years ago, is a growing Warehousing and Logistics company being called upon by some of the biggest companies in the world. Our expertise in hazardous materials, logistical solutions, inventory management, and the “can-do” attitude that is instilled from the top down, allows us to continue to grow throughout the country. With that growth and expansion comes the need to hire more members to the management team.
This is a dual role position: Operations Manager and Safety Manager. All training and certifications needed will be provided for by Sardo and Sons.
Operations Manager: Working with other Operations Managers and Site Managers in the organization with the day-to-day activities, assist in projects as called upon, and participating in new account/facility start-ups.
Safety Manager: Internal and External Audits, Safety Inspections, Safety Incidents, running the Safety Program that is already in place, and ensure employees are up to date on all training/certificates.
The position has a starting salary of $65k/year. In addition to salary, you can expect full medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance paid for by the company for you and your family. PTO (vacation, sick, personal, and holiday) is given and the company offers a 401k retirement plan with company-match.
