Assist in planning menus being innovative & creative wit current trend.Maintains proper food quality . in having good knowledge of Chinese ,Japanese, Thai, foods knowledge then only apply for this post ..Sous ChefWhat do we do?’Zing Restaurants’ is a full-stack F&B company .Our flagship brand Rang De Basanti Dhaba is present at multiple locations across Kolkata, Guwahati and Bangalore. It is our flagship brand. Also this year we have launched Asia Asia Asia, which is Pan-Asian brand located in Sector V We also operated a bunch of delivery only brands like – Deja Bowl, which is a meal-in-a-bowl brand, and Rosy Roti, which is a daily meals brand across multiple locations.What’s expected from you?Reports To: Corporate ChefPosition Summary: As a Outlet Chef you are responsible for entire kitchen operation of delivering consistently high quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not receivedResponsibilities:Should be able to handle kitchen operation independently.Prepare menus in collaboration with colleaguesEnsure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stationsPrepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)Follow the guidance of the Executive Chef/ Cluster Chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishesPut effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and qualityEnforce strict health and hygiene standards.May plan menus, Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order suppliesExperience:Previous hospitality experience working as a Head Chef/ Sous Chef role.Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressureKnowledge of best cooking practicesSelf-motivated, positive team playerAble to take responsibility For Pan Asian/ Oriental Sous Chef/ Outlet Chef:Should have basic knowledge of Pan Asian Cuisine like Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Indonesian Cuisine.Should have worked as a Head Chef/ Sous Chef position in a specialized Pan Asian/ Oriental cuisine restaurant for at least 2 years.Should have some experience in buffet concept restaurant operation.Should have worked with a minimum of 15 to 20 staff in the same cuisine.Should be able to guide and teach junior staff in recipes & plating.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:wearing mask ,Experience:total work: 8 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
