B:Side Capital is hiring! B:Side Capital is currently experimenting with a four-day work week.
Job Summary: The Priority Management Loan Officer is responsible for the servicing,
maintenance, and oversight of loans in B:Side’s portfolio from funding to payoff. This team is known for providing excellent customer service to all borrowers, bankers, and lending partners. The Portfolio Management Loan Officer has general knowledge regarding all B:Side’s loan programs. A successful member of this team inspires enthusiasm, is self-aware, shows initiative and is a team player.
Major Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:

Assist with tracking of loan activity including but not limited to preparing reports, risk rating changes, site visits and other internal portfolio tracking metrics related to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements;
Correspond with borrowers with regards to job creation;
Prepare, schedule and confirm loan prepayments;
Underwriting analysis, preparation and submission of loan modification requests;
Collect on-going financial, insurance, and property tax information;
Complete timely site visits of B:Side Capital borrowers as required;
Practices independent judgment regarding appropriate next steps for priority loans;
Able to adhere to and follow company policy and procedures, as well as find ways to improve process flow;
Contribute ideas, development and implement efficiencies within the team;
Manage and complete timely and accurate risk ratings on the loan portfolio;
Able to communicate clearly, efficiently and proactively with team members and borrowers;
Other duties as assigned.
. Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Key Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction, ability to manage multiple projects at a given time, detail-oriented, maintain consistently high quality of work, value a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Organizational Relationships:
Supervision Received: Reports directly to the Portfolio Director
Supervision Provided: None at this time
Work Environment:
Primary Work Location: B:Side Capital Headquarters are located in Denver, CO. However, we are open to full-time remote candidates in other locations. Primarily a hybrid work environment of remote work and in the office.
