We are looking for people who Love Food, Love People, Live Hospitality, and WANT to work with great ingredients, in an encouraging professional environment! Experience preferred, but not required. Love of food and cooking is a Must!! We have plenty of positions available NOW!

Responsibilities

Help in the preparation of all foods
Work with knives, blenders, food processors, and other kithcen equipment safely
Understand quality and freshness standards, and be able to properly identify produce and food products
Ensure that the kitchen operates in the most efficient way that meets our quality standards
Serve to support the leadership team and F.O.H. in providing an unmatched experience in casual dining.
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
Work well both in a team setting, as well as alone
Be able to manage time, tasks, and cleanliness in an efficient manner
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with integrity and humility regarding coworkers and customers

Skills

Desire for kithcen and leadership experience
Willingness to cook, bake, mix, plate, serve, manage, and overall get things done!
Understand kitchen and staff relations
Accuracy and speed in handling high pressure situations and providing solutions
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Working knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
Direct and timely communication
2 or more years in a food service supervisory position is preferred
