Power Platform , the world’s leading low-code/no-code development tools, gives “Citizen access” to a broad set of users in an enterprise, allowing citizen developers to create next generation business productivity software with a radically simplified development experience requiring minimal training.

With differentiated solutions addressing core business needs, BAP continues to grow at an impressive rate . However, we aim to accelerate growth. With accelerated growth naturally comes additional complexity. A s emerging tech disrupts the marketplace and SaaS continues to expand, we continue to diversify our go-to-market and monetization models. The BAP Growth Enablement team plays a critical role in achieving this mission through acquiring more users and driving adoption. To do this requires a combination of art and science. Art, in how we craft the narrative and a compelling business case around the value we bring to our customers. S cience, in great telemetry, business data, and analytics to inform how customers are using our products.

This is a rare and unique opportunity to do cross-apps growth strategy at a company with the size & scale of Microsoft. In this role you will work across teams and disciplines to develop compelling narratives and identify key areas of data excellence. You will drive initiatives to build both the foundational layers of data and analytics to drive usage, as well as the outer layers of customer-oriented storytelling . You will drive key strategic programs to fundamentally address gaps and enable our business to adapt new business models of the future.

You Will: Make decisions that have direct, tangible impact to BAP , to sellers compensation, to customer experience, and to product roadmaps Influence roadmaps to make sure we great customer outcomes. You will be data-driven. Lead multi-discipline team efforts defining, running, and analyzing experiments—using multiple methodologies—to drive impact. You will obsess about voice of the customer ensuring the customers voice turns to insights, actions and outcome. Build, cultivate, and maintain close relationships across marketing, finance, operations, sales and engineering teams. Develop a deep understanding of Business Applications and Microsoft technologies and how they serve customer needs. Responsibilities
Responsibilities Identify key opportunities to drive usage and adoption Drive strategic business programs to enable future business models Work across product leaders and marketing to tie together a compelling cross-apps, customer-facing narrative s to drive adoption Report and provide commentary on business results against team OKRs. Develop and drive a cross functional, growth-minded approach to identification and decision making. Assist the team in developing product strategies using data, research, and product intuition and influence product engineering teams, product marketing, and others across the company to design and experiment with best-in-class user experiences. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in business strategy & analytics , preferably at a technology company or consultancy. 3+ additional years of experience leading digital transformations (ERP, CRM, and similar applications) for large enterprises . Experience with user adoption, go-to-market models, monetization, subscription lifecycles, product roadmaps . Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a keen sense of urgency. Independent self-starter who can manage through highly ambiguous situations in a start-up style team. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate with others. Comfortable speaking in large forums and influencing senior leaders. Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s in business administration or equivalent experience Experience using, selling or managing Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise industry solutions A track record of successfully building and executing large scale programs with cross-company and/or cross-industry stakeholders. Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see-through big challenges.
