As a member of the product go-to-market team at ZoomInfo, you will be joining a team of talented and collaborative product marketers. Many of these product marketers own their own portfolio of products/capabilities/features, and with ZoomInfo RecruitingOS, you’ll be a dedicated product marketer to support our growth, joining a team of two!
There’s a saying that variety is the spice of life. If that’s true, let’s just say that this role has its fair share of Tabasco sauce. You will be involved in all facets of product marketing for your products including:
Developing and executing go-to-market plans for product releases
Building cross-functional relationships to support your go-to-market plans
Managing and maintaining sales enablement and marketing collateral
Delivering presentations to varying internal and external audiences
Become a subject matter expert in the HR tech and recruitment industry
Collecting market insights to inform the ZoomInfo RecruitingOS product roadmap
Meeting with customers to learn about their needs
All the other assorted random things that we have to do to ensure we’re creating a great customer experience and helping the company hit its aggressive goals.

2+ years combined product, content, and growth marketing experience

Gather and consolidate customer feedback to shape messaging and the product roadmap
Partner with email channel owners to drive retention and upsells to various customer segments
Partner with content & marketing team to create collateral that showcases ZoomInfo RecruitingOS products and increases leads & MQL pipeline
Datasheets, integrations sheets, blogs, ebooks
Create and maintain sales assets, including pitch decks and sales enablement materials
Develop and deliver impactful presentations to varying internal and external audiences
Internal: Cross-functional teams
External: Webinars, host & plan live round tables webinars
Assist Sales as questions arise to support active deals
Basic understanding of demand generation marketing and advertising
Writing video scripts and recording video content for your product
