Full Job Description :-
Safal Partners seeks a dynamic individual to serve as a full-time Program Analyst. The individual will work closely with the Department of Labor’s staff and project director in managing Safal projects. The Program Analyst will facilitate effective communication and coordination with grantees and federal program offices and assist the team with requests for technical assistance and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical and communication skills, expertise in managing client relationships, a strong ability to analyze and research new topics, and a talent for writing.

Essential Responsibilities
Client Services & Project Management
· Guide teams through complex client projects, including process and deliverable development
· Lead the creation of high-quality content, including presentations, strategic plans, white papers, reports, and training materials
· Represent the firm at meetings and events
· Lead work-streams and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and senior management and coordinate efforts across team members and project partners
· Oversee a wide range of tasks, including meeting preparation and follow-up, project coordination, meeting note taking, and final review of deliverables
· Develop high quality project reports that summarize status and highlight any issues or risks
· Track time to ensure projects are delivered on time
Skills and Experience
· At least 5 years of professional experience with prior consulting experience and/or experience in workforce development, grants management, performance management/reporting, data analysis, and WIOA technical assistance required
· Understanding of U.S. Department of Labor policies and programs; experience working with/for DOL strongly preferred
· Experience/knowledge in leading or working with H-1B apprenticeship programs strongly preferred
· Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
· Superior and demonstrable problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written)
· A highly self-motivated work style and willingness to proactively take on tasks
· Strong organizational skills and analytical capabilities
· Ability to work with clients and consultants with a variety of technical and substantive backgrounds at all levels of an organization
· Project management experience strongly preferred
· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
· Experience working with or for a federal agency strongly preferred
· Bachelor’s degree required
Other requirements

Flexibility to work surge hours as required during proposal time frames
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
