Full Job Description :-
The Quality Engineering Delivery Manager is a key contributor in QE org and is responsible for deploying and managing the day-to-day operations at the outsource service provider, accountable for the successful implementation of all initiatives, programs and changes. The role is located in India and works directly with vendor and employee operations located in the US and India. The ideal candidate is at ease working in a matrixed organization, exhibits outstanding organizational, planning, communication, judgment and negotiation skills, uses data and analytics to drive performance insights and improvements and has strong employee and compliance focus.

What you’ll do
Drive request for proposals / proactive bids with regards to contract renewals, extensions, project additions, and process improvements.
Work with onshore and offshore teams to develop price estimates, plan capacity, coordinate delivery of the end-to-end testing solution, report project status and act as an escalation path for Airtable QE.
Manage offshore team to provide all deliverables, reports, metrics collection.
Manage the vendor’s operational performance – monitor performance against Service Level Agreements and work with the vendor to address any performance issues.
Manage the day-to-day relationship between Airtable and our outsourced vendor(s).
Provide guidance, feedback, and leadership to drive the vendor to achieve continuous improvement on all operational, quality, and satisfaction metrics.
Agree and monitor appropriate corrective action plans and deal with any local escalations.
Change Management – oversee vendor readiness to support new program launches, changes to business rules, processes and tools.
Execute quarterly capacity planning processes that will meet forecasted volumes and service level expectations.
Regularly communicate with the QE Leadership team discussing complex and difficult problems to drive to comprehensive solutions.
Who you are
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.
Strong background in a project environment and quality engineering. Project Management – PMP, Prince II certification is a plus.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
Must be detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
Has previous experience working with diverse environments, technical and non-technical audiences
Has a track record of providing inputs on account strategy and thought leadership in order to respond to changing customer needs and organizational goals proactively.
Has previous experience providing input to organization on technology needs, process innovation and people engagement in order to contribute individual learning to the organization and implement change successfully.
Exceptional written, verbal and creative communication skills, including ability to translate insight into content, create slide or written presentations, create overall communication plans.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.
