Job Details:
you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
Coordinating front-desk activities, phone call inquiries, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring
Daily inquiry calls and feedback or follow-up calls for customer new leads.
Build touch points.
Set up initial discussions with customer.
Chart out requirements and coordinate with Customers and Explain our services.
Optionaly You may also assist with invoicing, content creation & updates on the website, updating client profiles on our portal
