1.Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a related industry
2.Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate at the customer, employee, manager and upper management levels
3.Ability to manage and develop customer relationships via own direct sales activity as well as through distributors, man reps, OEM and VAR channels.
4.Organized and self-motivated, possessing advanced sales skills and ability to understand customer needs and how to satisfy those needs
5.Ability to conduct business at all levels within a company with high ethical practices
6.Advanced customer service skills with the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives, with excellent problem-solving capability
7.A high standard of written and spoken business English is a must (candidates may be required to undergo a test of their language skills).
8.Possesses an entrepreneurial attitude and small business approach to the territory, but with the ability to think big and to consider opportunities for the NDCT FB&T sales in the territory and beyond
9.Ability to work as part of a team – sales, marketing, operations, finance, engineering and service
10.Excellent presentation skills
11.Good computer skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
1.Achieve annual sales targets through the mix of sales channels in the designated territory, accounts and market sectors
2.Manage the territory efficiently, recommending and implementing changes as necessary
3.Plan and implement territory development, creating an annual business plan for each product group/market area/channel within the assigned territory
4.Maintain accurate and detailed customer, prospect and opportunity records using the company’s CRM tool
5.Generate and maintain accurate 3-month rolling forecasts for the assigned territories, submitted punctually each month, using the company’s CRM tool
6.Implement and enforce key account, OEM and channel agreements
7.Manage each piece of business efficiently from start to finish, ensuring timely customer sign-off on projects, accurate specifications, and quotations, with appropriate payment terms, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction
8.Motivate and support the sales channels, provide technical and commercial support, identify and manage training needs
9.Ensure that customers receive appropriate level of support, short-term and long-term, by communicating and coordinating effort with the Customer Service Department
10.Provide competitor information to management and colleagues
11.Travel both inside and outside the territory
12.Must have permit to work within and be able to obtain a Passport to travel outside the territory as necessary. Possession of a clean, full European driver’s license is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification or experience.
