Business Development of the company.Adding up of new clients and Franchisees to the company.Dealing with Clients of the company and or its associates.Back Office Functions.Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time..Would be responsible for franchise development for equities/Commodity business pan India and generate revenues. Identify new Investors, build and maintain business relationships, initiate contact in the first instance, support the sales process and achieve sales goals. Responsible for expanding the franchise network through marketing and sales efforts. Negotiating and completing all necessary franchise documentation and agreements on time. Should be able to guide and scale-up franchisee business Developing robust feedback mechanism. Co-ordinating with marketing team for marketing activities for franchise development. Training and guiding franchise employees on the business perspectives and Skills Knowledge Any graduate from a reputed institute Great interpersonal skills, should be confident should have high energy levels.
