Full Job Description :-
Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for day-to-day restaurant operations, taking complete ownership of the business and ensuring product quality, team management, customer experience, restaurant financial performance, and maintaining a SAFE and CLEAN environment.Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.Understand company Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all staff follow directions as listed within.Tacking utmost care of Dine-in, Take Away & Home delivery orders & ensure zero missed orders while also maintaining service standards.Operate Cash/Card payments and manage POS system.Monitor opportunities to reduce wastage on food & beverage preparation through continuous monitoring and team member training.Monitor opportunities to reduce overall cost through optimized usage of electrical equipment, including A/Cs, Kitchen equipment etc.Ensure hygiene & cleanliness is maintained at all times.Ensure proper functioning & maintenance of Kitchen and restaurant equipment through regular preventive maintenance.Maintain optimal stock levels of eatables and packing materials on a daily basis.Impart Continuous Team Member Training.Resolve Team member conflicts and ensure employee engagement.Lead the team and maintain high positive energy and maintain a high-performance team.Work on the assigned financial targets and ensure desired profitability is achieved alwaysManage the complete functioning and operations of the assigned store and ensure all brand standards are maintained at all timesDesired Candidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of Managerial experience in a Restaurant or QSR outlets.Should have handled a team of 25 Plus employees.Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Catering management shall hold an added advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹33,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
