Full Job Description :-
n Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.n Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.n Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.n Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.n Ensure outlet P&L is under the budget given by central team.n Make employment and termination recommendations to reporting manager.n Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.n Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.n Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timelyn Ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis manner.n Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.n Ensure that all raw materials are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.n Hire staff as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and employee cost objectives are met.n Conduct weekly team meetings focusing on sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness.n Maintain petty cash of outlet and provide supporting vouchers and bills.n Retain performing employees by giving incentives and award recommendations.n Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding employee and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.n Fully understand and liaison with all National, state, city and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and employee requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.n Carry out restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns according to the Marketing Calendar.n Plan, organize and conduct annual festive days/events like Onam, Vishu, Easter, etc as per the marketing calendar for the outlet.n Ensure the log book and all other registers are duly signed.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹37,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Flexible shiftExperience:total work: 9 years (Preferred)Restaurant Manager: 4 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
