Full Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities:To manage operations and production at all the restaurants/ cloud kitchensConduct due diligence of developing target franchisee restaurants, includingfeasibility study in terms of location, profitability, business objective etcTo liaise with the respective Government/ Statutory Authorities to procure thenecessary licenses and documentationsTo lead the operations and production team to deliver within specific standardsand schedules requiredTo manage overall costs including material, equipments, manpower etcTo manage production planning, forecasting, purchasing and stock controlTo maintain and improve the overall performance of the restaurant/ coffee shopon a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processesTo work along with the Marketing team to develop Marketing Strategies andPromotion plans to successfully market the restaurant/ coffee shop brand in therelevant mediaManage and supervise the food & beverage staff to ensure maximum utilization ofthe manpower allocatedEnsure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation andrequirementsTo maintain close, professional and effective links with all externalcontractors/suppliers to ensure that they deliver to mutually accepted agreementsand highest quality levelsTo handle responsibilities for the special events held at the restaurant. It involvesall planning associated with each event, right through to deliveryTo ensure all Online aggregators formalities are upto date. Menus, food pictures, licenses.Ensuring minimum target sales are met.Monthly must work with the Accounts team to generate individual P&L. Monthly meeting with owners to discuss ways to improve P&L.Staff Performance EvaluationDevelop SOP’s for all outlet operationsVendor pricing/ negotiating with owners approval. Setting contract rates.Procurement SOP’s — Weighing – Quality – Pricing – WastageOnline aggregators. Improve ratings/ salesTraining of staff to maintain excellent service standards.Overall maintenance of all outlets– Staff– Rooms– RestaurantsAll Managers and Chefs report to Operations ManagerCustomer Service. Handling of customer feedback report structure.Restructuring of operations at outlets.Setting quarterly budgets for Salary – Sales – Admins etc..Key Skills Required:Excellent Co-ordination and Leadership skillsStrong presentation and communication skills, verbal and writtenEffective planning, project management and organizing skillsStrong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external suppliers andcustomersMust possess neat and pleasant grooming habits.Willing to put in the hours as and when requiredProactive approach to problem solvingChange orientated to make business improvementsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All customers are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, vaccination requirements, etc.Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Food Service Managers: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
