The role of the Sales Enablement Content Specialist is to support Sales teams by creating and designing sales content to be used to enable sales teams across the globe. The position will partner closely with the Sales VPs, Sales Operations teams, Marketing and other various teams.

This job is all about:

Sales Content Creation: Leads global content creation to increase sales conversion with prospects. Understand the needs of sales teams to create new sales snippets, templates, and sequences that help drive pipeline.
Trend analysis of content: Review content performance and effectiveness depending on the channel of the content. Review all sales assets on-going to ensure messaging and tone aligns with regional approach. Make recommendations on what is needed and review content in the asset for the sales messaging. Coordinate with internal marketing teams on recommended content.
Sales Content Tools: Familiarity with using prospecting technology. Benchmarking review on our most effective sales emails, videos and general content that drive higher conversion rates through our sales tools such as Outreach.
Original Content Creation: Ensure new original content is created and designed around key market messages that allow for a localised approach. Support various sales projects with on-going content review. Review and plan strategic approaches by sub-region to enhance our content, sequences in Outreach, and localised approach in various markets.
Stakeholder Management:: Internal communication and stakeholder management on best approaches and content design recommendations based on feedback from internal Sales teams. Help maintain an organised system of content so front-line sales reps know what’s available
Projects: Support with content creation as needed for various sales enablement projects.

People who are successful in this role:

Extensive knowledge of commercial language used by Sales reps to help convert sales at a higher rate and increase interest from prospects
Sales enablement background, specifically in writing and drafting sales content
Have proven experience in creating original Sales content utilised in tools such as Outreach
Ability to work with global sales teams and tailor sales language per relevant sales region
Comfortable in managing multiple stakeholders across departments and across regions
Have excellent communication skills and ability to take business ideas and convert them into high quality deliverable sales content
