Requirements
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Business Development (Sales)To get business as per the approved business plan for the branchTo be responsible for sales promotion activities in his assigned territoriesTo identify and follow-up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within specific time periodTo maximize conversion of enquiries into ordersTo ensure all renewalsTo keep a close eye on the developments & business opportunities in his territoryTaking regular meeting of CSE’s to achieve branch targets (if handling team) Customer ServiceTo ensure the quality of service deliveryTo maintain good liaison with the customersTo prepare reports & submit the same on time to the customersTo attend to complaints & logically conclude themTo conduct detailed inspection at client’s siteTo prepare quotations for the customers through the systemTo give report of customer feedback to the Branch Manager and collection of Appreciation Letter from RBU/CBU customers
Administration & AccountsTo ensure timely submission of invoices & getting the necessary acknowledgements wherever necessaryTo follow-up for the timely and correct invoicing by the back officeTo ensure all the collections gets deposited to back office within 24 hoursTo review daily collection & billing with back office department Maintaining Systems and MISEnsure the required systems related to sales are updated on timely basis.To prepare Daily and Monthly Sales ReportTo maintain Database of customers

EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Any Graduate (Any stream)Sales experience of a minimum of 4-8 years in Direct Sales
