Full Job Description :-
Job Responsibilities:

Participation in Student of Concern (SOC) to identify and assess early identification of the learning, development and adjustment characteristics and needs of individuals as well as the environmental factors that affect learning and adjustment
Completes referrals and paperwork according to federal, state and district timelines
Conduct assessments appropriate to the focus of concern and according to prevailing professional standards
Participate as a member of the IEP team by contributing evaluation findings and collaborating on the child’s educational plan
Participates in the district EMLSS and PBIS teams in order to consult with teachers and other school staff on ways to facilitate learning and behavior
Collaboratively works with the principal to support students in need within the building.
Evaluates effectiveness of interventions and modified interventions based on data collected
Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
Applies ethics and standards of professional practice in the delivery of psychological services and observes relevant laws that govern practice
District 504 Coordinator
District CPI-Trainer and Coordinator
Ability to understand students’ self-regulation and sensory needs
Excellent verbal communication skills
Participate and advise in the problem-solving process for students of concern
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
Collaborate with multiple teams, such as the Leadership Team, PLC Leaders and PLCs, to help all students
Ability to establish strong working relationships with parents, students and staff
Perform other duties as needed

Requirements: A Master’s degree and valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction certification for the respective classification (DPI Code 62 – School Psychologist) is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
