Role:
Coordination with the team for timely attendance updates, report files updates, visit plan updates.
Preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly reports for the business unit team, by collecting and summarizing business data.
Keeping ready updates of marketing, business, customer data in prescribed formats.
Support to the team for content notation, dictations for documentation and promotional activities.
Work on vendor registration activities for the business.
Data entry of various activities, customer, vendor and other business details.
Handle post-event activities; make reports and analysis, letters/ emails for customer communication.
Provides direct administrative and office management support to assigned teams.
Develop and maintain monthly sales reports and individual KRA details for teams.
Job Profile:
Time management, multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision are essential.
Strong command of MS office and DBMS.
Strong interpersonal skills, verbal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
Able to maintain filing systems and basic database.
Experience in working on an ERP system will be an added advantage.
