We are seeking a Senior Director, Account Management for the New York City office. The main objective of this position is to lead our Account Management team. The Account Management team is responsible for building revenue through superior campaign execution and customer relationship management.

Lead and empower Account Management team to provide top-notch customer service and communication throughout campaign lifecycle
Manage workload and campaign distribution for Account Management team
Work closely with Account Management team to drive the best possible performance, providing clients with valuable takeaways and actionable insights that can directly apply to future campaigns
Hiring, onboarding, training and development of new Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
Collaborate with Brand Strategy and Sales teams on execution of new products/offerings
Encourage collaboration between Account Management and other departments
Ensure campaigns are being efficiently executed (from an internal bandwidth and cost perspective)
Manage client/campaign escalations to quickly provide solutions
Identify & address any areas of improvement within campaign execution process
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the various business units listed above to ensure growth attainment

Qualifications and Expectations:

BA/BS degree or equivalent
7+ years account management, customer service or sales experience
Experience building and managing a team
Ability to manage direct reports, as well as work independently and balance multiple tasks
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
Proven record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable environment
