Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will coordinate marketing, advertising, promotional activities and guest relation activities in order to to drive traffic, generate awareness and build the reputation of our brands. He/she will improve the guest experience and help increase sales within our restaurants, bars, and event centers.

Essential Job Duties:
Assists with the development of the marketing plan including marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, and annual calendar to deliver 5 Star guest experience, meet business sales and profit objectives.
Develops strategy and presenting marketing programs to executive team.
Manage reputation management system to review guest feedback, recover guests and develop action plans with restaurants to address areas of opportunity. Provide key reports to management team.
Responsible for the menu management process, menu items and pricing across all units. Working closely with Operations, Culinary and Design teams to create, design, implement, proof and print menus twice annually. Work closely with other Marketing Team Members to update online menus and ordering systems.
Responsible for development and execution of national programs such as holiday programs, special events, loyalty, to-go, gift cards. Utilizes marketing guides, reasonable timelines and multiple communication vehicles to rollout programs. Provides annual calendar and guidance to social media coordinator to ensure programs are communicated via traditional and all digital channels.
Works cross-functionally with other teams and special events, restaurant management to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
Ensure brand messages are consistent and follow brand style guides across all marketing mediums. Update brand style guides as needed
Monitor and analyze market trends, PMIX, sales reports to improve programs and overall sales
Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the marketing team
Assist with administrative tasks including handling of marketing supplies, invoices, memo and general inquiries.
Education:
College Degree
Experience:
2 years’ marketing experience required
Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
Restaurant experience preferred
Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Works well in a team and with a wide range of people
Ability to manage timelines and multitask
Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships
Passion and knowledge for food, restaurant industry, beverage industry
Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change
Ability and commitment to abide by and exemplify all SRC policies and procedures
Ability to use computer; Strong PC skills with a working knowledge of, including but not limited to, MS word, MS Teams, MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel,
Avid Social Media users and familiar with Instagram and Facebook
