Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Specialist, Content and Creative is responsible for supporting the management of all cross-category creative projects with a focus on Samsung.com key drive period campaigns (includes creative development for both O&O channels & retail channels.)
The role is responsible for guiding projects from briefing to execution, managing agency partners, scheduling and facilitating internal reviews across channels and lines through approvals and delivery. The perfect candidate is a born organizer and a believer in healthy process. S/he will have project management skills and working knowledge of creative design and media deliverables. S/he will have visibility and extend support to the larger Corporate Marketing organization.

Role and Responsibilities
Manage in-house & external creative production teams from briefing to launch for all Samsung.com key drive period campaigns (DTC) and cross lines of business campaigns (includes creative development for both O&O channels & retail channels.)
Manage review meetings, feedback cycles, and follow-up to ensure projects are on track.
Coordinate with internal SEA partners on assets, toolkit and up-to-the minute project direction, and maintain the internal process and identification of key stakeholders to ensure efficiencies.
Manage daily hot list items with Manager & meet regularly to provide updates to stakeholders regarding projects’ status.
Identify roadblocks and collaborate on determining viable solutions.
Prepare presentations and deliverables for integrated marketing meetings.
Manage relationships with cross functional stakeholders (both internal and external) to achieve project goals.
Organize and manage bi-weekly creative reviews across all LOBs and channels to ensure Brand consistency across all teams & platforms (requires being learning all Brand guidelines/playbooks and Brand applications.)
Manage DOOH Times Square billboard creative rotation (includes schedule management, Brand reviews, rotations approval, communications with HQ, SEA LOBs and agency partners, and monthly reporting.)
Assist with content creation and trafficking for the creative rotations on digital screens at the 837 store location.
Manage legal submissions and reviews on all cross-category campaigns.
Assist in all operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently (might include managing financial process with submission of PP’s, development of PO’s/EO’s, and required reporting/forecasting for creative budget.)
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Art Design or Digital Advertising, with 10 years of experience preferred.
4-8 years of experience of Brand Management, Creative design.
Deep expertise in creative design including web, mobile and/or social.
Business acumen and communication skills to act as thought partner to senior executives within the lines of business and functional COE’s.
Creative design experience designing, developing and executing creative for successful ROI driven campaigns across all major digital channels.
Experience leading design applications with an omni-channel mindset, with a focus on how to seamlessly tie the consumer experience across multiple channels and platforms so that in the consumer’s mind, there is little to no distinction.
Strong ability to effectively translate executive feedback into creative execution
Demonstrated success leading teams and establishing effective working relationships with executives in varied areas, including global HQ counterparts.
Ability to lead complex projects, and work effectively in a matrix environment
Demonstrated strategic thinker who can turn strategic objectives into practical actions
Ability to efficiently scope and execute concrete creative strategic initiatives
Structured analytical and conceptual thinking
Strong sense of urgency and speed to action
High energy, works with a sense of urgency, highly responsive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in developing marketing and sales presentations, using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
