Hyperscience is looking for an accomplished story-teller and content strategist to join as Senior Technical Copywriter. You will develop the Hyperscience story to raise the profile of our brand. You should be transformational, in that you can take complex products and relate to the ideal customer. Engaging with, and partnering with internal stakeholders is critical to our success and we need you to help connect the dots. You will be responsible for developing and driving strategies that represent our corporate reputation of the Hyperscience brand.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of creating high-quality programs to drive thought leadership and brand building. They are someone who has a passion for learning, listening and applying. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, this person will be a trusted resource for all content.
Translate complex use-cases into simplistic brand messaging and relatable stories that align with our customer’s needs. Build a compelling narrative for Hyperscience by spearheading the development of Hyperscience’s content marketing strategies to elevate the Hyperscience brand.
Write web copy and support campaign content that helps explain complex topics simply. Work with the Growth marketing team to optimize copy for SEO.
Elevate and refine our thought leadership efforts to further establish our position in the industry and increase brand awareness to create strategic influence in the market.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and partner with other functional areas to deepen our market position, brand, and messaging in a way that authentically promotes the company.
Produce content for articles, blog posts, case studies, solution briefs, presentations, video scripts, white papers.
Create compelling narratives to bring customer and partner stories to life.
Help develop and manage our internal content library to help our sales team articulate business value.
Leverage cross-functional resources to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the goals, opportunities, and challenges ahead and ensure consistent narratives across the business.
Establish and maintain positive vendor relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Manage, edit and proofread content from other subject matter experts, both internal and external.
Creative thinker. Do you take the first idea and run with it, or do you explore multiple avenues before making a recommendation?
Compelling and credible storyteller. Experience working alongside a founder to articulate the vision and help with category creation. Excellent written and verbal skills.
Technology Obsessed. Deep experience in the enterprise software industry with an in-depth understanding of the key personas in this space. No direct machine learning experience? No problem. But please understand the technology space and have relevant experience.
Articulate. Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and distill complex, highly technical concepts into digestible, engaging content.
Collaboration. Excellent ability to develop relationships and a proven ability to interact with individuals at all levels in all environments.
Cope with Ambiguity. Proven success working within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that requires the collaboration of multiple groups. Strong business acumen and knowledge of core business and financial metrics, particularly in growth-stage startups.
Industry knowledge. Proven experience writing specialized content in a range of industries, preferably Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Transportation and Logistics.
Experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience with proven results in driving a storytelling strategy at successful enterprise software organizations. This is an individual contributor role with room to build out in the future.
