We are currently seeking hardworking sales professionals for our, complete home remodeling, showroom floor. This is the forefront of the customer experience where you will be trained to join a strong team of individuals who have the same vision of interior transformation and customer satisfaction. You will be designing directly with customers who have their aspiring dream home in mind. You will use your understanding of the process of interior remodeling and knowledge of the behind the scenes in a fast-paced fabrication and installation business to build connections with your customers throughout their remodeling journey.
What you’ll Do
Surpass customer’s expectations for service through using your thorough polite demeanor and trained expertise on interior remodeling.
Build and enhance relationships though face to face interactions with your customers promoting a vast selection of high-quality interior remodeling materials and services.
Conduct oneself in a highly professional and ethical manner, adopting behaviors that enhance the reputation of the company. Act with integrity.
What you need to succeed
Candidates must have a deep understanding and takeaway from the training: Including the process of: countertop and cabinet fabrication and installation, kitchen and bathroom design, color matching, etc.
Candidates should have a track record of consistent customer satisfaction. The knowledge to fuel this journey to fulfill your customer’s dream will be learned through the training.
Candidates must have the ability to learn quickly! Quickly learning information about the fabrication process, start to finish, and feeling comfortable asking questions about remodeling materials.
Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and driven to hook those interested customers through trust and credibility.
Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire commission additive and raise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
Paid time off
10 hour shift
COVID-19 considerations:All customers are required to wear a mask. Hand sanitization stations throughout the showroom floor.
