If you describe yourself as creative, organized, and love all things social media, we’re looking for YOU! For 20 years, Isagenix has been a leader in the health and wellness industry. We are expanding our social media team and looking for a top-notch candidate to join the team. The Social Media Coordinator provides social media marketing support through monitoring social channels as well as ideation and execution of content creation that support company initiatives. The primary function of this position is to help with creation of social media content while also effectively using communication tools to promote and maintain the mission, business goals, and brand of Isagenix. The role will engage with social audiences in a variety of ways to help bring in new brand followers and business, as well as Isagenix communities, markets and Associates across multiple channels in both North America and International pages.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
Assist with input and management of social media content in project management tools.
Participate in the development of social media campaign strategy, methodology, process, and analysis.
Assist with creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across all company social networks.
Work cross functionally with other teams to route content through appropriate channels and obtain approvals.
Write copy for social media posts across all networks when necessary.
Work closely with Marketing & Communications Teams, Sales, R&D, International, IT, and Customer Service to ensure accuracy of messaging as well as brand consistency.
Help maintain an effective, simplified, and consistent Isagenix voice across all content for all social media channels.
Liaise with Corporate Communications to deliver crisis communications or sensitive messaging to customers and associates across appropriate social media channels.
Attend and produce social media coverage at all Isagenix events (i.e. Live Tweet/Facebook Live production and social screen moderation)
Stay up to date on technologies, trends, design layouts and major updates to all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.) and ensure platforms are being used in the best way possible.
Help measure engagement on social media platforms and create reports that draw insights and information to determine how to best serve unaware audiences, Associates, customers, and maximize the value of current social trends and channels.
Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position):
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
1 year of experience in social media role
Expertise with publishing within all major Social Media platforms
Comfortable working both in Mac and Windows Operating Systems
Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Skilled in content creation and copy writing
Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4 years of experience in social media marketing and/or professional content writing for social media
Experience in Network Marketing
Experience working in the Social Media management tools
Familiar with content creation tool Canva
Experience working with project management tools, such as Monday.com
