About the role:
This role can be fully remote.
Limeade is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Programs to create, implement and execute on people focused initiatives that demonstrate care to our employees. Candidates will have experience developing and driving people initiatives that support positive experiences across the employee lifecycle. You should be passionate about delivering meaningful, impactful programs while delivering continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback and people metrics.
Responsibilities:
Partner with People Team and business leaders to develop and deliver gold-standard employee experience across the company through well-being, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, rewards & recognition, communication, and DEI
Design scalable employee programs and processes that demonstrate care to employees, with mission aligned, employee-focused, transparent, and socially relevant internal communications
Lead analytics efforts on people and program related goals; including measuring and analyzing data to understand trends and identify opportunities
Partner with the Limeade Institute to create and deliver employee programs based on our science based POVs and our product.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
Ability to establish credibility with stakeholders and persuade others in sensitive, complex situations while preserving relationships
Experience working on problems that are not clearly defined and lack strategic direction
Adept at analyzing data to identify and solve root cause problems that require conceptual thinking
Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate employee programs
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
5+ years of human resource management experience
3+ years of experience creating programs that improve the employee experience (well-being, DEI, rewards & recognition, learning & development, engagement, communication)
