Full Job Description :-
Responsible for managing new market analytics and planning for the organization. Ensures New Market Plans are consistent with Holy Cross Hospital planning initiatives and processes. Incorporates market-scanning processes to identify and evaluate innovation in healthcare delivery. Assists Senior Leadership in evaluating the innovation concepts for applicability. Supervises planning staff focused on delivering key aspects of the strategic plan and individual market initiatives. Responsible for various administrative functions such as planning, budgeting, financial analysis, Project Management. Performs other related duties as assigned.
In consultation with the Leadership Team, develops new market plans consistent with Holy Cross Hospital initiatives and processes. Ensures the plans support the system strategic plan as well as local strategic direction..
This role will supervise the work of Project Managers
Develops, secures approval for, and administers operating budget for assigned area of responsibility. Monitors adherence to budgets and recommends budget adjustments when appropriate.
Maintains responsibility of new market activities, and provides oversight and coordination of execution at the local level.
Evaluates market performance and assists regional/local staff in setting targets for growth, service line development/expansion and other key initiatives.
Works collaboratively with the Finance Department on development and updates to the Long-Range Integrated Strategic Financial Capital Plan.
Engages with customer / patient experience staff, helping to develop relevant, local objectives and action plans within the context of related Trinity Health and regional system “patient experience” strategies.
Ensures related strategic plan metrics are monitored and improvement opportunities are addressed.
Provides leadership to an effective team of strategic planning and innovation professionals. Creates a positive work environment consistent with Trinity Health values and culture. Coaches and mentors staff to attain their highest level of capability.
Demonstrates commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a manner that is reflective of our mission, values and customer service standards.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations, the Compliance Accountability Program, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.
