Full Job Description :-
Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to provide immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity
Coordinate and evaluate the work of Reporting Specialist(s)
Assist with the creation of monthly client PowerPoint presentations
Supervise and conduct the development of required routine and ad hoc reports
Provide management staff with up-to-date program statistics
Provide contractually required monthly and quarterly project status reports for corporate, the project, and the state
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports in compliance with contract and project requirements
Participate in program expansion planning and implementation
Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template for this position
Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks
Comply with all company required policies, procedures and processes including but not limited to required training
A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit
Generally, supervise semi-skilled employees or a few individual professional contributors
Follow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
Frequently interacts with subordinate employees and functional peer groups
Receive predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review
Develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency
Evaluate subordinates’ job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action
Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and works closely with the Human Resources department on resolving problems
Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinate

Minimum Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility
