General Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

The principal purpose of the TA Coordinator is to provide Hertz candidates with timely, consistent and accurate onboarding experience through a centralized point of contact. The TA Coordinator is committed to providing quality service through teamwork with a proactive approach, while striving to exceed our customers’ expectations in our ongoing pursuit of excellence. The TA Coordinator will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Managers to provide support and ensure there is continuous focus on timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, customer service and quality. The overall objective is to have interactions that increases candidate satisfaction by leading a culture of continuous improvement. It is a mandatory requirement to learn, have a full and thorough understanding of all systems used by the Talent Acquisition Team.

This role helps support the hiring and pre-boarding processes within North America.

Job Contributions- what will you do

SOURCING & RECRUITING TALENT

Assists with on-boarding future Hertz employees; follows-up on background checks, drug screens, and ensures all post offer pre-employment is complete. Provide consistent, accurate answers as well as excellent customer service.
Timely and accurate processing of data/information

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Communicates effectively with Candidates / New Hires / Recruiters / HRBP’s / SME groups to resolve requests/issues consistently, accurately and timely. Has a general understanding or the ability to gain understanding of key aspects of Talent Acquisition and be able to escalate, when appropriate.

TEAMWORK & COLLABORATION

Works in a team environment; cooperates with peers and focuses on continuous learning and development. Attends all internal training classes to ensure knowledge base is current and add value to the team.
Collaborates with recruiting to verify appropriate/timely on-boarding.

COMPLIANCE

Ensures proper records retention and the maintenance of confidential candidate / employee files; keeping all PID confidential.
Maintains electronic paperwork in accordance with records retention policies and procedures
Maintains a solid understanding of Hertz policies / procedures and be able to provide consistent, accurate answers as well as excellent customer service

DRIVE FOR PERFORMANCE

Meets established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators as identified, including those that focus on productivity, accuracy, efficiency and customer service quality.
Additional assignments as needed
Essential Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 6 months recent experience working in an customer service
Alpha Numeric data entry skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of employees
Proven ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
Experience working with attention to detail and accuracy in a repetitive environment
Ability to review, audit and interpret information on reports and correct as necessary
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting and maintain a positive attitude
Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize daily tasks and organize workload
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent customer service skills
Flexibility to workdays and evening, operational hours 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday
Ability to work overtime on short notice
Computer literate; must be able to adapt to systems quickly; working knowledge of Excel
Bilingual in Spanish; both speaking and reading is a plus
