USI NSE HR Backoffice – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Act as a go-to person within the team and should work towards established mission and objectives by creating a positive work environment.
Primary function of this role is to manage HR Database by delivering effective and efficient outcome with qualitative and error free output for all matters relating to HR activities. Ensuring employee requests are processed as per the service level agreement.
Nature of work
Daily management of HR activities received in the ITRP portal and working on the tasks and requests based on the following subject areas in the SAP – (this list is not exhaustive)
Ø Employees Data Management
Ø Processing the activities from the functional mailboxes
Ø SAP Entries
Ø SAP Contracts
Ø Create Personnel Files
Ensure all the requests are accomplished accurately on daily basis with strategic approach and always up for the payroll deadlines with procedural guidelines
Deliver exceptional service and ensure high level of excellence by maintaining proactiveness
Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through timely closure
Discuss within the team before escalating the doubtful queries to the NL HR team
Take responsibility for keeping up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments
Support current and future business needs by maintaining consistency in the performance
Performs other duties as assigned
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM About the team
USI NSE HR Backoffice team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization supporting North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and act aptly as per the prerequisite
Aptitude to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Committed to work and depict the sense of responsibility in the form of deliverables
Act as a supportive team player and create a platform for the team to rely on
Proficiency in learning new activities swiftly and take initiatives accordingly
Able to act with urgency and adaptable to change
Required: Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resources Preferably 1-year experience with corporate culture Driven organized individuals Ability to manage priorities against confined deadlines Proficiency to communicate verbally and script at all levels Maintain email, meeting, telephonic and professional etiquettes Flexible towards working conditions
SAP HR will be an advantage
Preferred: Experienced professional from HR or HR generalist profile
Competence to work independently after completion of the training phase Focused and willing to take challenges
Other Responsibilities Diligently work towards upskilling on self-improvisation Actively co-ordinate with team for the smooth functioning of the work
