This role will work with in-house partners to produce creative and engaging content for a variety of products. The Web Content Writer is responsible for writing, editing, optimizing, and publishing web content that embodies our brand messaging. The content will be descriptive, informative and instructional in nature… teaching people about the products that we carry and that they want to buy.

· Writing web content to attract and educate customers through a strong brand voice. · Presenting complex concepts, using a conversational structure, and always from the customer perspective.
Conceptualizing and putting into practice a consistent way to communicate products to customers.
Intaking products information from vendors and standardizing them into a consistent format style that fits our brands’ voice.
Working with Subject Matter Experts to prepare new documents or changes to existing Instructions
Clarifying complex topics into easy-to-understand copy for an internal and external audiences
Supporting efforts to understand requirements, for any new products or businesses, conduct gap analyses of system, processes, and supporting documentation, outline impact, define changes required, and support implementation to verify compliance
Qualifications
· 2-3 years of copywriting and technical manuals experience· Bachelor’s degree in a related field· Strong command of grammar and style, · Strong editing and writing skills· Experience adapting messaging to resonate with various target audiences· Understand SEO concepts and apply them to webpage copy· Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Excel, Word, etc) · Solid problem solving and time management skills· Great interpersonal skills· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)· Strong attention to detail· Highly organized· Passionate about writing, editing, and maintaining guides, product information and evergreen content. · High editorial judgment and standards and can stay focused on the details.· Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and coordinate work across teams. · Proven ability to influence without authority· Thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and undaunted by the constant change that comes with a rapidly expanding company
