We are looking for a Workforce Management Supervisor.
In this position, you will support Workforce Management practices and outcomes, in a Shared Services environment distributed in 3 locations globally, with impact on more than 1.000 employees.
As we ramp up in building the capability, you will be expected to have a hands-on approach to deployment of WFM practices, while supporting yourself in leadership teams around the globe to execute tasks required to deliver success to the project. You are highly analytical, self -sufficient and with strong experience in WFM practices in shared services environments.
You are able to communicate effectively with executive and front line leadership. We are looking for someone who can support the coordination of activities and management of the implementation process in a timely, cost effective manner, while meeting the quality expectations of our clients. Possesses proven project expertise recognized within the business area. You will be supported while driving change and your scope will be adjusted from the desired end-state to ensure success of your implementation.
Serve as the WFM subject matter expert for our Customer Operations management and BG’s.
Assess and identifies workforce automation opportunities through process mapping.
Coordinate with Operations Leaders to maintain service level for all CO services.
Develop and implement communication cadences to keep stakeholders informed of performance against service level, budget, and other KPIs, including concise, influential participation in business reviews with leadership.
Recommend and implement hiring plans that reflect workload requirements.
Gather, consolidate, and analyze inputs across multiple functions to provide go-forward staffing recommendations
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. May provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
Develop subject matter expertise and the global template to propose solutions and designs that meet business requirements while also maintaining smart governance of the global solution.
Monitor service performance measures in alignment with key service level agreements and key performance indicators defined by the work portfolio and ensure operational excellence target and maintenance plans are defined and managed across ecosystems.
Analyze workload, vacation and shrinkage, training, meeting and learning curves to determine trends and make improvements.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives, like skills-based routing to ensure sustainability and effectiveness.
Skillset needed for your position:
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field or comparable work experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
Minimum of 2-5 years of operations experience, at least 2 of which in workforce management.
Mastery of call center metric interpretation, analysis, and reporting.
Iterative approach to operational excellence.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to execute despite ambiguity.
Experience in SQL is highly attractive.
Experience with WFM software (Verint, IEX, Aspect, etc.).
Experience working in Global Environments (Working directly with other cultures and time zones)
Exceptional organizational & program management skills along with an ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks in a challenging, complex, and fast-paced environment.
