Workplace Experience Manager, you will report to the Director of Workplace Ops and be responsible for embracing and creating an exponential workplace experience. You’re driven (and excited) to help implement and execute projects that will drive culture and engagement. You are constantly thinking about the employee’s workplace needs and how we can improve them. As this role comes in contact with our entire workforce, you will be working cross-functionally with a variety of departments and employees.
We are currently hiring Remote in the United States + Canada
Develop health & safety procedures for all Loom clubhouses, in coordination with the People Ops team Manage and oversee facilities ops budget, working through discrepancies and reporting to Finance Assist Director of Workplace Ops on events to engage teams and drive incredible employee experiences, including but not limited to offsites, Loom clubhouse events, Happy Hours, internal meetings, etc. Develop a Workplace program to increase employee satisfaction and improve guest experience Manage a team of third-party vendors associated with building operations. Assist with daily operations including, but not limited to: shipping, event/meeting set-ups, food and beverage program, and ongoing maintenance activities. Assists Director of Workplace Ops with the coordination and delivery of Loom Clubhouse capital projects. Leads implementation of standards and processes, as well as revisions, to ensure globally consistent delivery of services, as well as opportunities to enhance employee experience. Be a value-adding member of the Workplace team, ensuring that culture, workplace services, and communication are consistent across our portfolio
What We’re Looking For
Desire to work in a creative and dynamic environment. Excel in a fast-paced environment with high standards of excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Driven to create systems, establish structure, and manage processes. Proven track record of driving projects to close. 4-6 years of Facilities Management/Workplace Experience managing multiple facilities; some start-up experience is preferred. Experience working with vendors, contracts, and related documents.

And using async communication allows us to free up time for deep work every day. We believe there’s a place for sync time – often a conversation on Zoom is exactly what is needed. For team meetings, this ‘sync time’ is typically between 9AM-Noon PT given where the overlap of timezones where Loommates are located.
Work-Rest Balance: The way we balance the fast-paced demands of a high-growth startup and sustainability is making rest a priority. We offer a flexible PTO policy so you’re able to take time off when you need it. We also go fully offline once a year between Christmas and New Year (and twice during the Pandemic). Rest is also part of the workday, not just during PTO. Taking a break for personal commitments, whether it’s watching the kids or getting some exercise is a natural part of the workday.
