Opportunity Overview
Are you able to take complex subjects and make them easy to understand? We are looking for a tech-savvy writer with a critical mindset and journalistic approach. As Content Writer, you will collaborate with others across the company to create content ranging from blog posts to video scripts to press releases, speaking to a diverse audience of customers, partners and prospects.
What you will be doing
Research and write original content including ebooks, white papers, case studies, blog content, email campaigns and social media posts
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and partner with cross-functional teams to produce or repurpose content which supports our business objectives
Develop a nuanced understanding of our solutions and create content, supporting our brand voice, to position the company as an industry leader
Identify opportunities for visuals to complement written material, and collaborate with designers and videographers to bring written ideas to life visually
Publish content, and optimize for readability, user experience, SEO
Required
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience writing content on complex subjects, ideally for ebooks, white papers, case studies, blog content, email campaigns and social media posts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience synthesizing, simplifying and presenting complex, technical subjects clearly and persuasively
Experience interviewing sources, conducting research and incorporating feedback
An eye for content and design with consideration for the user experience
Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content structure and online publication
Impressive portfolio and samples of previous work
Nice to have
Able to use graphic design packages (Photoshop, Canva), HubSpot
Other multimedia experience
